Data Deletion Instructions

artory.tech is an internal tool operated by ARTORY Inc. to publish content to social media accounts that ARTORY manages on behalf of itself and its clients. When you connect an account, we store only the data needed to publish posts: the account ID, username, profile image URL, an encrypted access token, and the IDs and URLs of posts published through the tool.

How to delete your data

Disconnect inside the tool: an authorised operator can open “アカウント連携 (Accounts)” and click “接続解除 (Disconnect)”. The account is removed from publishing immediately.
Revoke access on the platform: Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove “artory.tech”. Facebook: Settings → Business integrations → remove “artory.tech”. Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove “artory.tech”.
Request complete deletion: email info@artory.co.jp with the account name and platform. We delete the stored tokens, account data and related records within 30 days and confirm by email.

データ削除の手順（日本語）

artory.tech は、株式会社ARTORY が自社および運用を受託しているクライアントの SNS アカウントへ投稿するための社内ツールです。保存するのは投稿に必要な情報（アカウントID、ユーザー名、プロフィール画像URL、暗号化したアクセストークン、本ツールから投稿した投稿のID・URL）のみです。

ツール内の「アカウント連携」で「接続解除」を行うと、直ちに投稿先から外れます。
各 SNS の設定画面から「artory.tech」へのアクセス許可を取り消せます。
完全な削除をご希望の場合は info@artory.co.jp までアカウント名と媒体をご連絡ください。30日以内に保存データを削除し、メールでご報告します。
