Terms of Service

1. Service

artory.tech ("the Service") is an internal tool operated by ARTORY Inc. ("ARTORY") to create, schedule and publish content to social media accounts that ARTORY operates for itself and on behalf of its clients. The Service is available only to ARTORY staff with an account issued by ARTORY.

2. Connected accounts

Social media accounts are connected only by their owners or by persons authorised by the owners. By connecting an account, the user authorises ARTORY to publish content to that account through the platform's official API, within the permissions granted. Access can be revoked at any time from the Service or from the platform's settings.

3. Content

Users are responsible for the content they publish and must comply with each platform's terms and community guidelines. ARTORY does not publish content without an instruction from an authorised user.

4. Data

We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests: see Data Deletion Instructions.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". ARTORY is not liable for interruptions or changes caused by third-party platforms.
