This policy explains how ARTORY Inc. ("ARTORY") handles data in artory.tech ("the Service"), an internal tool used by ARTORY staff to publish content to social media accounts operated by ARTORY and its clients. ARTORY's company-wide privacy policy also applies: https://artory.co.jp/privacy/.

1. Data we collect

• From connected platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X): account ID, username, display name, profile image URL, and access / refresh tokens issued through the platform's official login.
• Content prepared in the Service: videos, images, captions, hashtags and schedules, and the IDs / URLs of posts published through the Service.
• Operation logs of ARTORY staff (who performed which action and when).

2. How we use it

Only to publish and manage content on the connected accounts as instructed by authorised ARTORY staff, and to show publishing results. We do not sell data or use it for advertising profiling.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on ARTORY's servers in Japan. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and are never displayed or logged. Access to the Service is limited to ARTORY staff.

4. Sharing

Content is sent only to the platform the user chose to publish to. AI features send media frames and text to Anthropic's API solely to generate captions; no other third party receives the data.

5. Retention and deletion

Tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected or on request. Unused media files are deleted automatically. See Data Deletion Instructions.
